Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Shipping is free on orders over $50; smaller orders pay a flat rate shown at checkout.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
